ONE THING I LOVE ABOUT MYSELF.
I love my lack of fear in life. I’m not one to let fear ruin my adventures. Taking risks excites me. Walking the tightrope of failure or success is a game I like to play a lot in life. I’ve had many wins and many more losses in life, but as long as I keep learning and growing, I regret none of it. I respect this energy I've been given.
THE LAST TREND I FOLLOWED OR UNFOLLOWED.
The last trend I remember following was probably the linen trend that hit mums everywhere about 5 years ago. I spent an obscure amount of money on beautiful expensive linen dresses. None of which I wear anymore because I can’t find my iron. I don’t really like following trends but gosh do I enjoy observing them. Especially trends from the past. I find great joy in trying to recreate them.
SOMETHING I USED TO STRUGGLE WITH?
This one’s a bit depressing but it’s probably the biggest thing I've had to work through in life. So here goes. So a few years ago I gave birth to my son Tobias. He then died in my arms when he was 10 days old. There was so much trauma in the lead-up and aftermath of that event, one of which was trying to be in the same room as other babies. There was a period of time when I couldn’t leave the house because every time I saw a baby I would fall apart. I lost so many friends who had babies during that time. Although I still get chest pains when I hear a newborn cry, my ability to exist with children around is not the struggle it used to be. The work that went into overcoming this was huge. I’m grateful for the ability to look back and see such overwhelming growth within myself. It was so so hard. But I overcame it somehow.
ONE PIECE OF ADVICE I’D GIVE MY YOUNGER SELF.
Stop trying to be everything to everyone. You’re human. They’re human. You all suck. We all need grace. It’s not a race. It’s a long ass journey. Lift your head high. Stand tall, and go grab life the balls. Above all, be kind and respect everyone. Always. The world needs more of that.

Look good, train ugly, and go kick life in the titts. Life’s too short to be ruled by insecurities. Embrace more colour in life. LESSSGOOOOO
WHY ACTIVEWEAR?
It's one of the fastest growing industries in history yet there was nothing I wanted to wear. I was shocked at such a massive market missing such an important niche. I felt like I was up for the job. Designing my own activewear is one of the most natural things I've ever done. It feels like I've finally found what I’m meant to do in life. I love it with all my heart. And I hope I can touch all corners of the world with some She’s Electric energy.

I want to grow my brand so that I can ultimately step away a bit and launch a new business called She’s Electric Studios. The land where I will help and mentor other small business owners to chase their dreams and build epic brands too. Small business is my true underlying passion.
THE ODDEST or FUNNIEST COMMENT PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT ME
I had someone comment on one of my reels once saying “You are everything that’s wrong in the world”. For some reason I just found it the funniest thing ever. Like I’m almost honoured. Me? The living breathing example of literally everything wrong in the world? I mean, wow. It’s a pleasure to be of service.
THE STRANGEST THING I OWN
I own multiple squishy toys. It’s one of those things I often get given as gifts now too which I’m all about.
